一、專(zhuān)業(yè)概況

目前，世界各國(guó)沿用的法律體系基本上可分為二類(lèi)：大陸法系和英美法系。中國(guó)內(nèi)地采用的

是大陸法系。歐洲、亞洲的許多國(guó)家的法律都屬于大陸法系。香港和英聯(lián)邦國(guó)家采用的是英

美法系、英美法系又稱(chēng)英國(guó)法系、普通法系或判例法系。雖然有以上的諸多差異，但是中國(guó)

學(xué)生出國(guó)，通常選擇的是如：國(guó)際法、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法、海事法、國(guó)際商法等，所以申請(qǐng)和入學(xué)

都是不受法律體系限制的。

四、英國(guó)法律專(zhuān)業(yè)特點(diǎn)

學(xué)校經(jīng)常組織學(xué)生參觀英國(guó)著名的律師事務(wù)所、法庭及其他重要機(jī)構(gòu)，如英國(guó)國(guó)會(huì)、倫敦勞

埃德船級(jí)社或倫敦證券交易所等。部分大學(xué)還安排校外課程，如去布魯塞爾參觀歐盟的法律

與政治機(jī)構(gòu)。學(xué)生在獲得英國(guó)的法學(xué)學(xué)位之后，還需要參加本國(guó)的職業(yè)課程，作為開(kāi)業(yè)的實(shí)

習(xí)(期限通常為一年)，才能成為執(zhí)業(yè)律師。

五、LLM和MSc或MA區(qū)別

專(zhuān)業(yè)背景不同：LLM一般必須有專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)的背景才能申請(qǐng)

課程設(shè)置不同：LLM一般是專(zhuān)業(yè)的法律領(lǐng)域的某個(gè)課程，如商法，犯罪學(xué)，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法等。

MSc則是法律與某一個(gè)別的課程的相交叉的課程，如倫敦政經(jīng)的MScLaw

and may not proceed to Part Two until you have passed Part One.

You will take taught course units to a total value of 120 credits. This involves taking one core course unit

( International Financial Services Regulation ) of 30 credit value, and the remaining 90 credits from an
